Our Team

Pastor David has been at Lakeside since July 2022.  He is married and has three daughters that keep him very busy.  Before serving at Lakeside he was an associate pastor at Trinity UMC in Beaumont.  He came to a saving faith in his senior of high school. During college he begin serving in various ministries at church and in campus ministry. When he gradtuated he begin work for Westbury UMC and as a math teacher for HISD. Later, Pastor David begin full-time ministry at St. Luke's UMC as a youth director while finishing seminary at Perkins School of Theology. He begin pastoral ministry at Trinity UMC in Beaumont in 2016. He has seen and experienced God’s amazing love and gracious presence for 20+ years in various ministry capacities and God has strengthened his faith and empowered his calling.
