Dear Lakeside Family,
As we look toward the close of 2025, I want to thank you for the ways you have faithfully supported the ministry of Lakeside. Your generosity has helped our church remain financially healthy this year—with an improved balance and a strong foundation for the future. But even more importantly, your giving has made a difference in the lives of people.
Because of your faithfulness:
Families in our community experienced hope and joy last Christmas.
Our youth grew in faith at camp and shared powerful moments at the beach retreat weekend.
We celebrated Confirmation Sunday and witnessed the joy of new life through baptisms.
And every week, lives continue to be touched through worship, study, and service.
As we begin our 2025 Stewardship Campaign, Forward in Faith, we invite you to prayerfully consider how you will continue to support the ministry God is doing through Lakeside in the year ahead.
Jesus said, “Whoever is faithful in very little is also faithful in much.” (Luke 16:10–12). Each gift—large or small—is a sign of trust in God’s provision and a commitment to the mission we share: welcoming home all our neighbors to grow in faith and serve Jesus Christ.
You should receive your pledge card in the mail this week. Please take time to pray over it and bring it with you to Stewardship Sunday on November 9 as we dedicate our commitments together in worship.
Thank you for being part of the Lakeside story—one of faithfulness, generosity, and hope. Together, we move Forward in Faith!
With gratitude and grace,
Pastor David
